Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, yoga mats and props must be unopened and in their original plastic wrap to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
